The Daladoo Tennis & Fitness Camp for Adults combines intensive tennis training and physical conditioning in a balanced program designed to enhance performance, energy, and overall wellbeing.
Ideal for intermediate and advanced adult players, this camp delivers structured improvement while maintaining an enjoyable and motivating training rhythm.

Daily Training Structure
Monday to Friday
Morning:
– 2 hours Tennis Training (reduced groups by level)
– 1 hour Fitness Training (tennis-specific conditioning)
Afternoon:
– 1.5 to 2 hours Tennis Training
– Match situations, singles and doubles play
– Tactical drills and point construction
Saturday (Optional)
Morning:
– 2 hours Tennis or Match Play
– Competitive games and situational drills

Training Methodology
