The Daladoo High Performance Tennis Camp for Adults is a structured weekly training environment created for advanced players seeking intensive improvement, physical conditioning, and competitive performance.
This program integrates tennis, fitness, tactical development and mental resilience within small training groups and includes individual follow-up to ensure measurable progression.

Daily Training Structure
Monday to Friday
Morning:
– 2 hours Tennis Training (small groups selected by level)
– 1 hour Fitness Training (tennis-specific conditioning)
Afternoon:
– 2 hours Tennis Training
– Reduced groups, maximum 4 players per coach
– Tactical drills and match situations
Saturday
Morning:
– 2 hours Tennis Training
– Reduced level-based groups
– Competitive drills and match-based exercises

Training Methodology
