Program Description
The Daladoo Tennis & Fitness Camp for Adults is designed for players who want to improve
both their tennis performance and physical condition in a structured and motivating
environment.
This program combines on-court tennis training with off-court physical preparation,
helping players become stronger, faster, and more consistent while reducing injury risk. It is
ideal for active adults seeking a complete tennis experience without the intensity of a full
high-performance program.

Daily Training Structure
Monday to Friday
Morning:
– 2 hours Tennis Training (reduced groups by level)
– 1 hour Fitness Training (tennis-specific conditioning)
Afternoon:
– 1.5 to 2 hours Tennis Training
– Match situations, singles and doubles play
– Tactical drills and point construction
Saturday (Optional)
Morning:
– 2 hours Tennis or Match Play
– Competitive games and situational drills

Program Objectives
The objective of the Tennis & Fitness Camp is to develop stronger, fitter, and more complete
players through a balanced and progressive training approach.
Focus areas include:
– Stroke technique and consistency
– Efficient movement and footwork
– Tactical awareness in singles and doubles
– Physical conditioning adapted to adult players
– Injury prevention and recovery awareness

Level Assessment
– Initial level evaluation on arrival
– Players grouped according to playing ability
