Program Description
The Daladoo Adult Tennis Camp is designed for adult players looking to improve their game
in a structured, professional, and motivating environment.
Players can book individually or as part of a group and will be assigned to training groups
based on playing level. Programs are available from a minimum of 3 days, making this camp
ideal for tennis holidays, short training breaks, or intensive improvement periods.

Daily Training Structure
Morning – Tennis Training (2 hours)
– Group sessions limited to a maximum of 4 players per coach
– Groups organised by level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
– Structured training focusing on technique, footwork, tactics, and match awareness
Afternoon – Court Time & Free Play (2 hours)
– Use of tennis courts
– Free hitting sessions
– Singles and doubles match play with other participants

Performance Analysis
– Video analysis sessions included
– Individual feedback provided by Daladoo coaches
– Focus on technical adjustments, tactical improvements, and strengths identification
