Program Description
The Daladoo High Performance Adult Program is developed for advanced players seeking
an intensive, structured training environment focused on performance, consistency, and competitive readiness.
This program combines professional tennis coaching with physical preparation, while
guaranteeing individual attention through reduced group sizes and level-based training.

Weekly Training Structure
Monday to Friday
Morning:
– 2 hours Tennis Training (small groups selected by level)
– 1 hour Fitness Training (tennis-specific conditioning)
Afternoon:
– 2 hours Tennis Training
– Reduced groups, maximum 4 players per coach
– Tactical drills and match situations
Saturday
Morning:
– 2 hours Tennis Training
– Reduced groups selected by level
– Competitive drills and match-based exercises

Program Objectives
The objective of the Daladoo High Performance Program is to achieve significant
improvements in player level through specific and individualised training plans.
The program focuses on:
– Technical mastery of all strokes
– Efficient movement and court positioning
– Tactical intelligence and match strategy
– Physical preparation adapted to high-performance demands

Level Assessment
– Initial level assessment at the beginning of the program
– Players assigned to training groups based on ability
– Ensures balanced sessions and optimal progression
